Nous formons et encourageons l’évolution interne de nos collaborateurs dès leur arrivée dans l’entreprise. Nous sommes fiers que les apprentis d’hier fassent aujourd’hui partie de notre équipe de direction. Depuis 1962, Kaisersbach est notre « chez-nous », d’abord en tant que succursale, puis à partir de 1994 en tant que siège social complet, y compris la production, à proximité de la capitale régionale Stuttgart, mais néanmoins dans un cadre verdoyant.
