Apprenticeship as a Metal Technology Specialist

You are skilled with your hands. You place great importance on precision. In school, you enjoy subjects like technology and crafts.


Your Training Content:

  • Manufacturing workpieces from various materials using cutting production processes
  • Defining and setting manufacturing parameters
  • Creating and optimizing CNC programs using standard path commands
  • Preparing, assembling, and aligning workpiece and tool clamping devices
  • Aligning and clamping workpieces
  • Conducting and evaluating test runs

Requirement:

  • Secondary school diploma

Structure of Your Apprenticeship:

1st Year of Apprenticeship: Learning the fundamentals of metalworking professions. Preparation for the intermediate examination.

2nd Year of Apprenticeship: Rotating through specialized departments. Preparation for the final examination.
